(Jackie) Passed away peacefully at Landona House, Wem on September 25, 2018, aged 94 years.

Wife of the late Jack, Mother of Jenny, John and Alex, Grandmother of Kate, Emily, Catherine, Georgina and Elliot and a Great-Grandmother of Ben, Sophie and Mollie.

Jackie will be sadly missed by all of her Family and Friends.

Funeral to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Monday, October 15 at 2pm.
