Of Lime Tree Way, Apley Park, Telford.

Passed away suddenly at The University Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent, on October 9, 2012, aged 57 years.

Beloved Wife of Paul, dearest Mother of Benjamin and Elizabeth and a special'Momar'.

Who will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 2pm, Monday, October 22, at All Saints Church, Wellington, followed by Interment in Wellington Cemetery.

Black dress optional.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations to be divided between The Midland Air Ambulance and Arthritis Care would be appreciated.
