Janet Hazel

nee Edwards On August 19, 2018, peacefully in hospital at Bridgnorth, in the presence of her Family, following a long illness borne with great courage and dignity, Janet Edwards, of Dunval Road, Bridgnorth, formerly of Highley, aged 73 years.

The beloved Wife of John, the loving Mother of Duncan and Steven, Mother-in-law of Penny and Nicola, the dear Nan of Millie, Fergus and Jack and the special Sister of Ken.

Much loved, Janet will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) on Wednesday, September 5 at 12.30pm.

No flowers by request please but donations, which are to be divided between The Lingen Davies Cancer Appeal at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital NHS Trust and The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital, are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium, or online at www.perryandphillips funerals.com
