Passed away on August 11, 2018, aged 68 years, following a courageous battle with MSA.

Loving Husband of Val, Father of Catherine, Lindsay and Julie, Grandad of Daniel, Faye and Baby William, Brother of Keith and Cheryl, Father-in-law of Andrew, Alex and Steve.

Funeral Service, 12.30pm, Tuesday, September 4, at All Saints Parish Church, Wellington, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Colours to be worn if preferred.

Family flowers only by request or if desired donations to be divided between the Severn Hospice, Telford and The Multiple System Atrophy Trust would be appreciated.
