John Richard Mrs Sara Hirst and the Family of the late Mr John Hirst wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours, former Colleagues and Members of the wider Church Family for the many cards, letters, emails, Facebook posts, texts and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time, for the attendance of so many of you at his Funeral Service and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between The Parish Church of SS Peter and Paul, Tasley and Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, totalling £450 to date. Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to John's Doctors and to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice for all that you have done for him throughout his illness, to the Doctors and all Staff at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital N.H.S. Trust, Birmingham, for your continued care, to the Doctors and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford for your care of and kindness to John throughout his stay with you and for the great dignity afforded to him in the closing hours of his life, to Will at Blooms of Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral tributes, to everyone who shared their memories of John with us for inclusion in his Funeral Service and to the Rector, the Reverend Preb. Simon Cawdell, the Reverend John Webb and Organist Mr Stephen Lomas for leading a most comforting Service.
