Passed away on September 5, at his home, after a short illness aged 46 years.

Husband of Judith, Father of Vicky and Joe, devoted Son of Freda and Alan, much loved Brother of Sharon, Steph and Lee, loving Grandfather to Kieran, Uncle to Cal, Alisha, Crystal and Daniel, Brother-in-law to Jo and Craig.

He will be sadly missed.

Funeral Service 10am, Monday, October 15, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only but if possible donations to Macmillan Cancer Support wouldbe appreciated.
