Passed away peacefully on October 3, 2012, at the Severn Hospice, aged 79 years.

Loving Husband of the late Phyllis, Stepfather of Pat, Father-in-law of Stan, treasured Grandad of Daniel and Michelle, Great-Grandad of Robbie, Hannah, Matthew and Megan, Uncle of Roy, Graham and Beverley.

Tommy will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at The Cemetery Chapel, Longden Road, on Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at 11am, followed by Interment at The Shrewsbury General Cemetery.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice for which purpose a donation box will be provided in the Chapel.
