Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on June 25, 2018, aged 62 years.

Beloved Husband of Jenny, Father of Joanne, Robert and Peter, Son of Leslie and Olwyn and a much loved Grandad, Son-in-law, Father-in-law, Brother and Brother-in-law.

Funeral Service 3.30pm, Tuesday, July 17 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The UK Sepsis Trust would be appreciated.
