Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury on July 15, 2018, aged 72 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Louise, beloved Father of Tom, Ed, Hattie and Aimee-Lou, loving Father-in-law and adoring Grampy.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Saturday, August 11, 2018, at 10.30am.

Flowers welcome or donations if desired please for Midlands Air Ambulance and the Severn Hospice for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
