Died unexpectedly after a short illness on July 7, aged 55 years.

Beloved Son of the late Doris and Peter Evans, loveliest Brother to Mal, John, Stephen, Keith, Kim, Freda, Debbie and Tony, awesome Uncle to Ann, Stevie and Courtney.

Will be sadly missed by his Carers and Friends.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, Thursday, August 2, 11.30am.
