Pauline Ann Of Sixth Avenue, Ketley Bank.
Passed away peacefully at the Princess Royal Hospital, on July 15, 2018, aged 75 years.
Beloved Wife of Graham, Mother to Carol Ann,
Devoted Grandmother to Danielle, Joshua and Kallum, Great-Grandmother to Theo.
Funeral Service 2.30pm, Thursday, August 2, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Severn Hospice Telford, would be appreciated.
