Passed away peacefully on July 5, 2018, aged 72 years.
Beloved Husband of Lin, dearly loved Dad to Karl, Michelle, Nicola and Aimee and an adored Grandad.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, August 3, 2018, at 11.30am.
Family flowers only but donations if desired please to Cancer Research UK for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
