(Kate) The Family of the late Mrs Kate Meachem wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters, emails, texts and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this sad time, for your attendance at her Funeral Service and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between The League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital and Guide Dogs.

Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to Kate's Doctors and to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice for all your efforts on her behalf during her time in Bridgnorth, to the Staff at innage Grange and to the Doctors and all Staff at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital NHS Trust for your care and kindness, to The Flower Shop in Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral tributes, to everyone who shared their memories of Kate with us for inclusion in her Funeral Service and particularly, to Derek and to Jane for your very personal contributions to the occasion, to all at The Park House Hotel in Shifnal for your warm hospitality afterwards and for the excellent post- funeral reception catering and to the Reverend Clive Munday for leading us in a most comforting service.
