Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on September 30, 2012, aged 75 years.

Devoted Husband of Marie, much loved Dad of Jason and Liz, Grandad of Emma, Lucy and Ruth and Great-Grandad of Declan-Jay.

Funeral Service, 4pm, Wednesday, October 10, at Telford Crematorium.

No flowers by request but if desired donations, which will go to a charity of the Family's choice would be appreciated.
