Of Hatfield Court, Knighton. Passed away on September 29, 2012, aged 46 years.

Service of Committal at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Thursday, October 11, at 10.15am, followed by a Thanksgiving Service at St Edward's Church, Knighton at 12 noon.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Wales Air Ambulance.
