Passed away peacefully on September 22, 2012, at The Princess Royal Hospital, aged 80 years, after a long courageous battle with C.O.P.D.
Beloved Mother of Sue, Tina and Kerry.
Rita will be sadly missed by all of her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, October 5, at 3pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Case Managers Enhanced Care Team, Telford.
