Of Stirchley, Telford, passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on June 8, 2018.

He will be sadly missed by Wife Barbara, Daughter Zara, Son-in-law Andy and Grandsons Dan and Charlie.

Funeral Service, 12.30pm on Friday, June 29, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Myositis UK would be appreciated.
