Passed away peacefully at home in Benthall, surrounded by her Family on Tuesday, September 25, 2012, aged 41 years.
Beloved Wife of Charles and devoted Mother of Louisa and Edward.
Thanksgiving Service at Holy Trinity Church, Much Wenlock, on Saturday, October 20, 2012, at 2pm.
Donations in lieu of flowers to be divided between the Severn Hospice, RNLI and Holy Trinity Church, Much Wenlock.

How can I be putting this into words? I am so, so, sorry for your loss. You were blessed to have such a fun loving, gorgeous Kate, with so much energy and zest for life. I used to look forward to having summer holidays as a child, waiting for Kate to be home from school. She stitched my trousers up in her parents coal-shed, whilst I stood trouserless, after falling from the scaffolding from the house extension, ripping them quite extensively, just to save me from getting into trouble. I have so many wonderful memories, going with her to see 007's new film out at that time, the first time out on my own with a friend, making houses in the straw gathered in the field. Creeping around Sarah's bedroom, in her absence and Kate saying 'remember to put things back so that she doesn't know we've been in here'. I am heart-broken for you all xx So sorry, All My Love Belinda & family xx

It's so sad you've left us, you'll be sadly missed. But you'll always be remembered for the lovely bubbly person you were. Rest in peace now. lots of love Carrie and Phil xx
