Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on May 18, 2018, aged 78 years.

Beloved Wife of the late Keith.

Loving Mother of Rob and Sarah.

Mother-in-law to Jason and a cherished Nanny of Lewis and Isabelle.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The Lingen Davies Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.

Black clothing optional, please wear something you feel comfortable in.
