Passed away suddenly on March 14, 2018, at The University Hospital, Stoke, aged 41 years, surrounded by her Family and Friends.

Much loved Wife of Ian and beloved Mum to Rhys, Evan and Lowri.

Family Cremation Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, followed by a Celebration of Nicola's life at St John the Baptist Church, Ruyton- XI-Towns at 11.15am.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Hope House and the Severn Hospice.
