Mrs. Janet Morton and the Family of the late Mr. Graham Morton wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards,letters, texts and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for your presence at his Funeral Service and for your donations to the Severn Hospice (Shrewsbury).

Your wonderful support has beengreatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to Graham's Doctors and to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice for all your efforts on his behalf throughout this illness, to all the outside Nursing agencies for supporting the Family in nursing Graham at home until the very end, which was just so important to us all, to The Little Flower Shop in Bridgnorth for the beautiful floral tributes, to everyone who shared their memories of Graham with us for inclusion in his Funeral Service and particularly to Mr. Ken Arch M.B.E. for your very warm and personal contribution to the occasion, to Mrs. Pat Foxall for the excellent post Funeral reception catering and to Pastor Graeme Clark and the Musicians at Bridgnorth Baptist Churchfor leading us in a most uplifting celebration of the life and times of Graham Morton.
