Peacefully at rest in Leighton Hospital, on September 5, 2012 and in the loving care of her Family, Beryl, aged 91 years, of Sandbach, formerly of Telford, Shropshire, a loving Mum, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

Funeralto take place on Monday, September 17, 2012, with a Service at The Kingdom Hall, Wheelock, Sandbach, at 11.45am, followed by Committal at Crewe Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but a donation may be made if desired to The PDSA.
