Passed away peacefully at The Cottage Christian Nursing Home, Newport, on September 5, 2012, aged 76 years.

Dearly loved Mother of Pat, Janet, June, Steven and Lynn, Sister of Jean andClive and a cherished Nan and Great-Nan.

Reunited with her beloved Husband Tom.

Funeral Service, 12 noon, Wednesday, September 19, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
