Mrs Irene Wilkinson and Family wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Acquaintances for the numerous and various communications received on the loss of their dearly loved Husband and Father.

Special thanks also to Doctors and Staff at Mytton Oaks Surgery and at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, to District Nurses and to Carers of Radfield Home Care. The Reverend David O'Brien for conducting a very comforting Service and Aubrey Kirkham Funeral Directors were compassionate and professional at all times.

Attendance at the Funeral was appreciated and the generous donations will help Hope House Children's Hospice and the Severn Hospice.
