Eric and Family wish to sincerely thank everyone for their kind expressions of sympathy, attendance at the Funeral and donations received for Chirk Doctors Special Equipment Fund and The Moors Chapel amounting to œ482.50.

Special thanks to all the Doctors and Surgery Staff for all their care and kindness, also Chirk District Nurses.
