Suddenly on August 19, 2012, aged 22 years, of Dutton Close, Stoke Heath.
Dear Son of John and Mary, Brother of Gemma and Samantha, Uncle of Liam, Jamie and Matthew.
Funeral Service, 1.45pm, on Monday, September3, 2012, at St. Mary's Church, Market Drayton followed by private Cremation.
Family flowers only but donations if so desired to be divided between Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Nurses Fund, for which purpose a collection plate will be provided inChurch.
