Died suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, on August 17, 2012, aged 79 years.
He will be sadly missed by all his Family.
Funeral Service, 3pm, Thursday, August 30, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Midland Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
