Mrs. Jackie Clayworth, Andrew, Emma, Ian, Emily and the Family of the late Mr. Chris Clayworth wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, kind Friends, Neighbours and Colleagues for the many cards, letters and other messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and terribly difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for donations which are to be divided between The Midlands Air Ambulance and The Parish Church of St. Peter the Apostle, Easthope, totalling œ954 to date.

Special thanks to all Colleagues at Bridgnorth Aluminium for all your efforts on Chris' behalf when he was taken so illso suddenly at work on that dreadful Sunday, to the emergency services, to the Doctors and to all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital N.H.S. Trust at Telford for all that you tried to do for him, to H.M. Coroners Officer for your guidance and support, to the Bearers for completing your duties with such dignity, to all at the Down Inn for your wonderful hospitality and for looking after everyone so well afterwards, to The Easthope Villagers for all that you have done for the Family throughout this sad time and to The Revd. Preb. Stephen Lowe, The Church wardens and Organist Mr. Andy Johnson for leading us all in a most uplifting celebration of Chris' life and for allowing us to say goodbye to him with our love and thanks.

Your wonderful support really has been greatly appreciated by us all.
