Of Carnoustie Drive, Great Hay, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on August 9, 2012, aged 66 years. Beloved Husband of Christine, dearly loved Father of Paul, Lynne and Daniel.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, August 22, at 1pm.

No flowers by request, donations, if desired please, for Prostate Cancer UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
