Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her Family at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury on December 14, 2017, at the delicate age of 58 years.

Dearly loved Wife of Paul, much loved Mom to Jack, special Sister and best Friend to Chris and Sandra and fun loving Auntie to Sarah, Sean and Tim.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 11am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please to the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.

No black by request.
