Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on December 4, 2017, aged 46 years.
Beloved Wife of Andrew, loving Mum to Abbie, Alex, Chris and Step-Son Luke, a treasured Nanny to Lula and Nellie,cherished Daughter of Lyn and Barry, Sister to Dean and David.
Helen will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and many Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Thursday, December 28, at 2.45pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
