Passed away at home, after a brave battle, in the presence of her Family on December 9, 2017, aged 73 years.

Beloved Wife of Graham, adored Mom of Dean and Kaye, Mother-in-law of Neil and cherished Nan of Olivia and Matty.

A Celebration of Carol's life will take place at 2pm on Thursday, December 28, at Telford Crematorium.

Bright colourful clothing, particulary turquoise Carol's favourite colour, is to be worn please.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between The Lingen Davies Cancer Centre and the Severn Hospice would be appreciated.
