Passed away peacefully, at home, on July 30, 2012, aged 37 years.

Beloved Son of Rosalyn and John, cherished Brother of Michelle, Brother-in-law of Leigh and treasured Uncle of James, Ben, Toby and Harvey.

Will be greatly missed.Funeral Service at St Oswald's Parish Church, Oswestry on Friday, August 17, at 2pm, followed by Interment at Oswestry Cemetery.

Black clothing optional.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired to Oak House, Shrewsbury and Friends of The Victoria Centre, Oswestry.
