Peacefully at her home, following a short illness.

Kathleen Fazey, of Claverley, near Wolverhampton, aged 95 years.

The Wife of the late Charles Fazey and a dearly loved Mom, Mom-in-law, Nan, Great-Nan, Sister and Aunt.

Kathleen will be very sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at the Parish Church of All Saints, Claverley, on Friday, December 15, at 1pm, to be followed by a private Interment Ceremony in the Churchyard.
