Passed away suddenly but peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on November 25, 2017, aged 82 years.

A much loved Wife of John.

A wonderful cherished Mum to Diane, Fay, Peter, Dave and Graham.

Mother-in-law to Geoff, Brian and Karen.

A treasured Nanny and Great-Nanny.

Eirwen will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at11.30am.

Immediate Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between The O'Connor Haematology Day Unit and The Children's Unit, Ward 19, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
