Passed away peacefully on November 9, 2017, at Llysfield Nursing Home, Oswestry, aged 70 years.
Dear Friend to Sandra, David, Callum, David and Jade.
She will be sadly missed by all.
Funeral Service to be held at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Thursday, November 23, at 10am.
Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, to Macmillan Cancer Support.
