Formerly of Sunniside, Coalbrookdale. Passed away peacefully on July 19, 2012, aged 61 years. He will be sadly by missed by his Wife Annemarie, two Daughters, two Grandchildren and all his Family.

Funeral Service, 4pm, Friday, August 3, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The Renal Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital would be appreciated.
