Passed away at home on September 23, 2017, following an illness bravely fought, aged 44 years.

Loving Wife of Luke, devoted and loving Mummy to Charlotte,much loved Daughter of Robert and Yvonne, Sister to Victoria and her Partner Nick and Daughter-in-law of Carol and David.

Samantha will be sadly missed by all her Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service at Holy Trinity Church, Meole Brace, Shrewsbury, on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 1.30pm, followed by private Cremation.
