Passed away peacefully, with her Daughters by her side at the Severn Hospice, Telford on September 26, 2017, aged 77 years.
Devoted Wife to the late Derek.
Dearly loved Mum to Karen and Debbie.
Proud Nan to Liam, Stuart, Nicholas and Niall and Great- Nan to Oliver.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 12 noon.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
