Mr Tony Shepherd, Kate and Simon, Clare and Ruairi and the Family of the late Mrs Di Shepherd wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours, Colleagues and members of the wider farming community for the many cards, letters, emails, texts and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for the attendance of over 400 of you at her MemorialService and for your donations, which are being received for and will be divided between Cancer Research UK and The Midlands Air Ambulance. Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to Di's Doctors andto the Staff at Wellington Road Medical Practice, Newport for all your efforts on her behalf throughout her illness, to Mrs Cath Bell for the beautiful floral coffin tribute and to all members of Shifnal Flower Club for the pedestal at Church, we were very pleased, to everyone who shared their memories of her with us for inclusion in her Funeral Service and particularly to Rosie, Stuart, Rosemary, Hannah and Ruairi, for your very personal contributions to the occasion, to all at Sherrifhales VillageHall for your warm hospitality afterwards and to Pear Tree Caterer's for the really excellent post-funeral reception catering and to the Reverend Mary Thomas, the Reverend Preb. Pippa Thorneycroft and organist Mr Gerald Leach for leading us in a mostuplifting and positive Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving of the life and times of Di Shepherd, a ceremony we feel sure she would have thoroughly approved of.
