Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, on September 9, 2017, aged 71 years following a long battle with Motor Neurone Disease.

Beloved Husband of Sue anddearly loved Father of Tom, Kate, Emily and Luke Jones.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, SY2 6PS on Thursday, September 21, at 2pm.
