GAMBLE
Ian Gerald
On July 10, 2012. Peacefully in hospital at Telford following a long illness borne with great courage and patience, Ian Gamble, of Elizabeth Avenue, Bridgnorth, formerly of Dawley, Telford, aged 78 years. The beloved Husband ofValerie, loving Father of Andrew and his Partner Ann and Richard, dear Grandpa of Kyle and Stepson of Jean. Much loved, Ian will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at The Parish Church of SS Peter and Paul, Tasley, Bridgnorth on Thursday, July 26, at 11.30am, to be followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ).
Family flowers only by request please but donations for Parkinson's UK (Bridgnorth Branch) are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Church.

I met Ian and his lovely wife Val hrough my work with Parkinson's UK. Ian was such a kind and considerate man. Because I thought Bridgnorth was such a lovely town, he thought I might like an arial photographic collection that he had saved from a local paper. I shared it with all my friends and family and still treasure it. I'm honoured to have known him and his family and am so sorry for such a loss. May he rest in peace.
