Passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on July 30, 2017, aged 37 years, after a very brave battle.

Simon will be missed by all of his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Friday, August 11, at 10.45am.

No flowers by Simon's request but donations for Ward 23, Haematology and The O'Connor Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

Simon has requested everyone to wear what they are comfortable in but bright colours please.
