The Family of the late Mrs Gwen Jones wish to express their sincere gratitude to Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and members of the wider Church Family, for the cards, letters, Mass cards and kind messages of sympathy received at this very sad time.

The Funeral Mass was attended by so many and your support has been very much appreciated.

Particular thanks to Mum's Doctors at Bridgnorth Medical Practice, the Staff atBridgnorth Hospital and Staff at Oldbury Grange Nursing Home who took such tender care of Mum and to Mum's great Friend, Father Iain Griffiths, for leading us in a really wonderful Celebration of the Life and Times of Gwen Jones, our Mum.

Finally manythanks to Perry and Phillips Funeral Directors for providing the patient advice and guidance in planning and providing their outstanding professional services.
