Mrs Myra Davies, Carol and Gary, Sandra and the Granddaughters of the late Mr John Davies wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters and other kinds messages of sympathy, love and Prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at his Funeral Service and for your donations to Diabetes UK.

Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to John's Doctors and to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice for the excellent care shown to him over the years, to the Doctors and all the Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust atTelford and to Civil Celebrant, Mrs Christine Jolly, for leading us in a really special Ceremony of Celebration and of thanks for the life and times of John Davies.
