Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, on July 4, 2012, aged 69 years.
Wife of the late Kenneth Durward, a unique Mom, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.
Funeral Mass, 2.30pm, Friday, July 13, at St Mary's Church, Madeley, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for St Mary's Church, Madeley, would appreciated.
