It has been five years since you departed this earth, but the pain is still as fresh as if it were yesterday. There are days I just need some fatherly advice, but I do not have anyone to turn to because the one man I NEED is gone forever. I will keep missing you till we meet again. Your loving daughter Paula. 05.06.2022

The dieing of his light brings tears and sadness, however my memory holds near the light of his kindness. Happy were all those who shared his laughter and happy I am to have been one of them, he is not gone he shall live long, while those who knew this live on. With dear friendship and love in deepest respect for your loss, Emma x

A wonderful man

Although I never met Stan, I spoke to him many times. He had a wonderful sense of humour and zest for life. Caring not that the police had picked him up and taken him back home, but that he had only been 5 minutes away from town when they did... travelling down the dual carriageway on his mobility Scooter. Latterly we always knew when Stan rang Paula on her mobile, shouting to help him hear her, we would hear things like dad you rang ME. I have heard many stories from Paula's childhood, many ending with Stan saving the day, always ending with us laughing so much we were crying. He was a wonderful person who will be missed by family and friends. Debbie and Gavin

We remember a lovely Welsh gentleman (I am also Welsh). Loved to hear his accent, he always seemed to be smiling and always had a tale to tell. Genuine lovely man. Terry and Marilyn Vincent, Cyprus
