Passed away peacefully on June 21, 2012, aged 58 years.

The beautiful Pauline, Wife of devoted Husband Terry, a loving Mother to David and Alex, dearest Daughter to Donald and Joan and beloved Sister.

Pauline will be so sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at Uffington Holy Trinity Church, on Wednesday, July 4, 2012, at 3pm.

Family flowers only please and black dress code not required.

Donations will be shared between the Severn Hospice and Cancer Research UK, for which purpose a donation plate will be provided in Church.
