Died peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on June 27, 2012, aged 83 years.
Beloved Husband of Phyl and a devoted Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad.
Funeral Service, to be held atTelford Crematorium on Friday, July 6, 2012, at 10am.
Family flowers only, donations if desired please for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
