Passed away peacefully at home on June 7, 2017, aged 69 years.

Beloved Partner of Sharon. Much loved Nephew of May and special Cousin to David, Richard and Rosemary.

Phil will be so sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Mary Magdalene Church, Little Hereford, on Monday, June 19, at 2pm, followed by Burial in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please, with kind donations received in Phil's memory beingdivided between Cancer Research UK, The Midlands Air Ambulance and Macmillan Cancer Care.

Black dress optional.
